In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations, effective 25 May 2018, we hold and process personal data for our core business of the provision of public relations and marketing services, including but not limited to use of social media such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
We only hold and process data where we have a lawful basis to do so. This will include contractual obligations and for post contractual reasons such as for ongoing and future provision of services and for professional and public indemnity purposes, or where we have obtained express consent to do so.
We shall never sell personal data to third parties, nor shall we ever provide personal data to third parties without first obtaining express consent to do so.
In accordance with the regulations, upon request, we should be very happy to provide details of the personal data that we hold to the person concerned. There is no charge to supply this information and in compliance with the regulations, the data shall be supplied within one calendar month of the receipt of request.
Where the lawful basis to hold or process personal data relies upon consent, there is an automatic right to withdraw consent at any time and we should be very happy to 3comply with that right.
